Translation:The most important dharm is Rashtradharm

Actor Manoj Joshi tells the audience that his mission is Rashtravad. He shall perform his popular play Chanakya at various venues across the country.

Rashtravad could be called Nationalism*. Chanakya united the warring Indian factions under the leadership of Chandragupta Maurya to ward off the mighty Greek leaders Alexander and Seleucus. We need such leadership today if we have to survive the onslaught of terrorism. The terrorists are united and despite the denials it is absolutely clear that they get sponsorship and support from the Pakistan Army. USA believes that the billions given in aid to them are used to sponsor terror in India. So an economically and politically weak country gets a powerful country to make political deals in its favour. All this due to unity.

China, despite its territorial problems, will be single-minded in its decision to conquer Indian territory. They will not rely on any advice from outsiders to make their decisions. And they won’t bother about criticisms. India, on the other hand, relies on ‘image’; what others think of our decisions. We are quick to utilise the services of certain words to make up for inaction; peace-loving, secular, united in diversity, Gandhi and many more.

Migrants from Bangladesh enter our territory, they cause problems to Assam, Assam becomes unhappy with the government and the government uses the secular and the Gandhi card. Chanakya wouldn’t do that.

He would seal the borders. He would ensure that the National resources are provided to the Nationals. He would do his duty; follow his dharma. (This is simple stuff. You really don’t need someone special to do it)
The government today does little and talks much about sarva dharma sambhav.

At ISKCON, the tickets were priced at Rs. 300, 400 and 500. There is a show in August and hopefully the tickets would be cheaper. The common man, understood to be poor or mildly rich, cannot afford such money. And he makes up most of India. And he is your soldier.

* Rashtravad is understood to be tough. Nation first, nation first. Under debate in our nation.
